To pick something up and carry it before the world has decided it's worth carrying, that's one of the most unforgiving and revealing paths a person can walk.

Founding my own ventures, stumbling and starting again, building others from the inside, and mentoring many more from the outside gave me a version of pattern recognition that's hard to come by any other way. What actually breaks founders in year one, which mistakes are recoverable and which aren't, where hustle runs out and discipline has to take over.

For over a decade, I've mentored and enabled startup founders building health tech, SaaS, edtech, and green construction around the world, an organic practice, built almost entirely on word of mouth.

I've also put my own capital behind a small, selective group of founders I believe in, across travel tech, logistics, renewable energy, medical devices, and skill development.
