I mentor founders building health tech, SaaS, edtech, green construction, and landscape design companies across India and the world.
What comes next
Eight ventures gave me more than experience. They gave me judgement. A version of pattern recognition that's hard to come by any other way. An instinct for recognising what matters, what actually breaks founders early on, which mistakes are recoverable and which aren't, where "hustle" runs out and discipline has to take over.
Mentoring is a chance to pass those lessons on. It's also where another long standing interest finds a home: teaching.
I'm now taking what I've learned over three decades and building it into something that can be transmitted more deliberately to founders so they can benefit from hard won lessons without having to learn every one of them the hard way.
